Dr. Wael A. Al-Dakroury is an internationally recognized speech-language pathologist with over 30 years of experience, known for advancing the field of communication disorders through clinical excellence, academic leadership, and global collaboration. In 2025, he was awarded ASHA Fellowship, the highest honor from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, reflecting his significant international impact.
He serves as Associate Professor at Alfaisal University and holds key global leadership roles, including ASHA International Ambassador and Chief Editor of ASHA SIG17 Perspectives (2026–2028). His work focuses on pediatric language disorders, particularly in children with ADHD and Autism, combining evidence-based care with a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and families worldwide.
